The structures of ACE Geotextile known as ACETex, which is woven by high tenacity Polyester yarns which allows resistance high tensile loads. The ultimate tensile strength of polyester geotextile can be reached over 1000kN/m for uni-axial strength and up to 300kN/m x 300kN/m for bi-axial strength.
Due to its light weight comparing to traditional materials, using ACETex PET offers the advantages of easy construction and cost effective methods. Moreover, ACETex PET has moderate opening size and high permeability with innovative weaving structure. It can be widely used for reinforcement, separator, containment and filtration in long term scale.
ACETex PET is extensively applied for reinforcement structures, such as Mechanical Stability Earth Walls, Reinforced Soil Slope, reinforced embankments, soft foundation improvements and other geotechnical engineering applications for increasing soil shear strength.

AceTex polypropylene (PP) geotextile produced by the innovative fabric with high tensile strength where the ultimate tensile strength of uni-axial strength can reach to 650kN/m and up to 300kN/m for bi-axial strength.
The product has small opening size and high permittivity, while providing the function of filtration and separation which no longer need to use nonwoven geotextile. It shows the excellent construction efficiency to reduce time cost while applied to hydraulic project and sludge dewatering project. In addition, its lightweight is also one of the characteristic, it could increase the loading capacity and most important of all, it is easy to install and decrease unnecessary labor cost.
ACETex PP have an excellent chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance and high tensile strength which is suitable to apply to non-neutral project, such as sludge dewatering or the backfill of soil-cement mixture, hydraulic project and soil reinforcement projects.
